Terms and Conditions 4kclub — Platform Usage Guide

1. Member Eligibility & Requirements

To register and use 4kclub services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception. Failure to meet any of these requirements may result in registration being declined or an existing account being closed.

• Be at least 18 years of age on the date of registration.
• Not residing in a country or region that prohibits participation in online gambling activities.
• Register under your own name and not on behalf of or at the direction of any other party.
• Never having been declared bankrupt or currently undergoing a formal debt management process.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 4kclub employee.

4kclub reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of our services is lawful under the applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration & Identity Verification

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. False or incomplete information may result in your account being suspended pending verification or permanently closed.

As part of the identity verification (KYC) process, 4kclub reserves the right to request the following documents at any time, particularly before processing a first-time withdrawal or when unusual activity is detected:

• A copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement.
• A selfie holding your identification document for liveness verification.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for the deposit.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account username and password. 4kclub shall not be liable for any losses resulting from negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. Please notify our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

5. Member Conduct & Responsible Use

• Communicating in a rude, threatening, or abusive manner toward other members or customer support staff.

• Ownership of multiple active accounts.

If your account is closed due to a terms violation, the balance in your account may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation. Members may also request voluntary account closure through the account settings section or by contacting our support team.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

The 4kclub platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, temporary outages, or issues beyond our control.

4kclub shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses arising from service disruptions caused by third parties, including internet service providers or gaming software providers.
• Game outcomes resulting from the member's own actions or decisions.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.
• Data inaccuracies or corruption caused by factors beyond the platform's control.

All games on 4kclub use a certified random number generator (RNG) that is audited by an independent third party. The outcome of every game is entirely random and cannot be influenced by any party, including the platform itself.

8. Terms Amendments & Governing Law

4kclub reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at our sole discretion. Significant changes will be communicated to members via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in urgent situations requiring immediate action.

Continued use of the 4kclub platform after any term changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you disagree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before the new terms come into effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable laws, and any dispute that cannot be resolved through negotiation will be referred to the dispute resolution process established by the relevant authority. The Bahasa Melayu version of this document is the official binding version.
